A new European budget fit for our ambitions
A driving force behind European action
New budget, new possibilities:
A new European budget that matches our ambitions can also include investments in new technological tools, such as virtual reality (VR), which is becoming an increasingly important element in education. Virtual reality as a learning tool offers the opportunity to create an interactive and immersive learning environment that can improve learning efficiency and allow students to explore and experience things that would otherwise be unavailable in a traditional learning environment. The use of VR in schools or vocational training can greatly enrich teaching methods. For the EU, this can be a way to foster innovation in education, improve access to education, while developing technologies that are in line with the digital transformation, which is one of the key pillars of the European agenda. European action in this direction could be driven by a budget that invests in research and development of new VR technologies, teacher training and the creation of educational platforms that can make use of these advanced technologies.
