I would like to share with you a vision of the future capable of overcoming this stalemate, where the extreme right take hold in Europe thanks to the fact that Europeans do not feel safe, threatened to the East by wars, from the South by migrant flows, to the West by an America that will probably no longer help us, all this translates into an increasingly accentuated selfishness. I would like to try to go further by proposing to take over the management of migrants, not as a danger, but as a resource that will be increasingly needed. If the money used for Frontex were used to build structures created to educate people in Europe who want to look for a job, teaching them the language, laws and customs of the country where they want to live, but above all a job that can give them dignity. Work identified on the real need of industries, trade, craftsmen of countries that want to join. The proposal is therefore to create campuses that can certify an educational and professional growth path of the people who request it, and that guarantee at the end of the course of study to have qualified workers attractive for our economic sectors. We will therefore have the opportunity to bring to us, finally on board planes and not shattered boats, people prepared for a new beginning, perhaps with the family in tow, enriching our society culturally and economically.
