I am in favour, in schools there should be a qualified team of psychologists who should provide psychological care, as well as notice problems with violence, diagnose asperger's syndrome or other ailments of students, instructing how to behave in a group and, on the other hand, identify aggressors. Teachers also do not react to the problem of violence, because it does not concern them, they do not feel harm and it is always easier to pretend not to see something.

A qualified team of psychologists can only exist in large schools, unfortunately. And also unfortunately for most teachers it's always easier to pretend that they don't see something.
