The list of enabling conditions, barriers (STEEP analysis: Social, Technological, Ecological, Economic and Political) and actions that can avoid or mitigate the obstacles identified within the 2034 – 2028 timeframe, in line with the next Erasmus+ programme and depending on the achievement of the shared vision to 2040. The grounded, intermediate and upper lines indicate the material position of the post-its placed in the future arcs by the participants during the backcasting activity; By way of example, please find attached an image of the progressively developed billboards. They are not abstract categories, but real spatial levels placed on the work panel (160 cm x 90 cm). They can be useful for: • visually map the development of ideas; • read the progression from the initial vision to enabling conditions, obstacles and finally actions; • recognise at a glance what started the group and how the collective reflection was articulated. The vertical reading allows to trace the development of the reasoning, also functional for a future narrative or political restitution of the work done.
