"El Fogón Magico" is an innovative home catering project that promotes healthy eating, sustainable mobility and digitalization. Its objective is to offer balanced menus for the elderly, the general public and university students, guaranteeing nutritional quality and accessibility. Through a centralized kitchen and a digital platform, users will be able to place orders efficiently, ensuring agile and personalized management. In addition, the delivery system uses electric bicycles and scooters, which contributes to the reduction of emissions and improves urban mobility. To optimize this service, it is proposed to create exclusive lanes for sustainable means of transport. The project aligns with various European Union strategies on public health, social inclusion and green transition. In this sense, it could benefit from funds for digital innovation, sustainable mobility and the promotion of healthy habits in vulnerable groups. Through this proposal, we seek to generate a positive impact on society and establish a dialogue with the EU to promote initiatives that improve the quality of life, promote the circular economy and strengthen urban sustainability.
