Healthcare is a right. All senior citizens should have free health care. Life saving medicinals are very expensive and at times more than their pension. No one in the EU should have to chose either food or medicine to survive .

"Pre internet generations" need to be taught Basic IT skills. Everything is digitised, banking, purchasing, travelling and all communication including social media. IT need to be taught to all citizens .

Students who are intellectually able and willing, should have post secondary education free. Accommodation and support services to be provided. Better qualified persons will develop skills to lead in the process of economic and scientific development

. Educated citizens will become contributors to development and economic growth. Failing this the option is a Europe of social parasites. EU should lead in R&D and be self sufficient. EU must be pro active and not depend on others especially in clean energy production and defence.
