In a rapidly changing world, the EU must navigate its role as a global trade player. Young people highlighted that balancing relations with major powers like the United States and China, as well as key neighbours like Ukraine and Türkiye, requires strategic thinking. At the same time, the EU has a responsibility to uphold a fair, rules-based global trade system through international agreements. How can the EU strengthen its position while staying true to its values?
