Better activation of the unemployed through education

Avatar: Marek Ratoń Marek Ratoń

In my opinion, the activation of the unemployed is at a low level. I believe that if someone does not have a job, they should be offered free courses or training that guarantee real skills as important as vocational school and even the unemployed should be guaranteed studies. I believe that what is currently does not guarantee the good education needed and does not focus on the strengths only deficits, e.g. computer training of the elderly. However, there is a lot of work in which low qualifications are needed, such as vocational school, but such qualifications at a certain age can no longer be done. Another problem is the lack of experience and practice, there should be the opportunity to gain experience, do a paid internship. The long-term unemployed should be better treated so that if they are willing to work with support in these areas.
