Job listing should be more clear on how potential new hires should act. Every single piece of advice young people hear these days is to show up at the place and hand in their CVs in person, but not on one single job listing express their extra appreciation for these sorts of efforts. They claim its all about making contacts, but opportunities to make contact are behind pay walls as they target companies and ready industry professionals. Students and unemployed do not have hundreds of euros to pay for a ridiculous participation ticket. Older generations claim newer generations are too demanding and lazy, but the desire for More volunteer and internship opportunities and working for experience rather than money is incredibly desirable. The ignorance towards the difference of society and economy is also a cause as to why the elder generation do not show respect towards younger.
