Impose the closure of store doors in order to avoid energy loss and provide for financial penalties in case of non-compliance
Almost all clothing, footwear and media stores and shops continue to leave their doors open, be it summer or winter. Energy consumption is thus mainly used to cool or heat the streets. This is indecent and demotivating for citizens in their efforts to save energy sources. In the event of non-compliance, municipal or national police could easily draw up contraventions in flagrante delicto.
