Breaking barriers for young entrepreneurs and start-ups
Young people suggested making it easier for entrepreneurs and startups to get off the ground by simplifying procedures and improving access to funding, resources and market opportunities. They also highlighted the need to progress on the green transition in a way that does not create extra financial pressure for small and medium-sized businesses. On top of that, they said that simpler, more flexible regulations – without sacrificing oversight or security – would make Europe a more attractive place to launch and grow a business. How can we make it easier for (young) entrepreneurs and start-ups to thrive in the EU?
