Strict monitoring of persons convicted of incitement to hatred in the media

All citizens have the right to freedom of expression. Nevertheless, some people abuse this right to incite hatred and discrimination. Many national laws already regulate and punish this type of action. Nevertheless, these people can often continue to easily propagate their hateful ideology in the media or social networks after their sentence. Their polarizing attitude even pushes the media or algorithms to put them more prominently. In addition to the penalties already present in countries (pecuniary and prison), there should be a systematic ban on all social networks of these people without the possibility of re-registration. Today, their account can in some cases be banned, but they can reopen one as quickly. Secondly, their presence in the media must be strictly regulated. Initially, a mandatory reduction of their presence on TV and radio as well as a constant "Warning", audible or visible, when they speak with the reason of the Warning. This would reduce their sphere of influence and the spread of their hateful ideas, while informing the public of the demagogic risks of speeches.
