Tackling Hatred in Society

Anonymous assistance to victims of violence and discrimination, focusing on assisting victims, not just punishing abusers
There should be a telephone hotline, and stationary points for anonymous free assistance to people who experience discrimination in their place of residence, work and school. Providing psychological, substantive and legal advice on how to proceed in such cases. Most importantly, in my opinion, anonymously, something less serious than the police and the court, which deal with serious cases. The offer would be aimed at people who are afraid to take decisive steps, are not sure of their evidence of violence, etc. Prosecuting perpetrators alone does not solve the problems of people who are discriminated against.
