To make the EU truly inclusive, we propose targeted funding within the Multiannual Financial Framework (MMF) to advance accessibility and strengthen community engagement across all member states. This initiative ensures that EU programs are not just available—but reachable, understandable, and empowering for all citizens, especially those currently underserved.
