Parents and educational institutions - direct participants in the upbringing of a person

I strongly believe that respect and, in general, the upbringing of a person is built on early childhood years. A child is like a washing sponge that absorbs everything. If he hears an insult, he will repeat it and in a bad case will memorize it without understanding the meaning of its meaning, respectively, if he witnesses a good deed, then the child will remember it and most likely will try to repeat it. In this case, the family environment and the attention she devotes to her child is of utmost importance for the growth of the person as an educated and respectful person. I believe that educational institutions, together with parents, are the most effective tool that can keep adolescents from deviating from the right path. Through the eyes of a young person, I have witnessed a common disrespect directed at both my peers and older people. Almost all those who in some way offend the dignity of others did not receive the necessary attention from their parents. I have always paid attention to this when I came to the thesis that in most cases of hatred towards the other person this is the problem. There are many policies aimed at both families and educational institutions regarding individual attention to children, but perhaps if more regular consultations between parents and teachers take place, then both sides will be able to coordinate their actions and solve the problem, which, of course, does not always come from them.
