Recognize foreign same sex marriages between a Romanian citizen and a foreign citizen and offer spousal rights equal to heterosexual marriages
Romania lags behind EU on LGBTQ+ rights. Same-sex marriage/civil partnerships not recognized, limiting residency, citizenship, inheritance for same-sex spouses. This discriminates, violates EU values. Legal recognition promotes equality, strengthens social fabric, boosts economy. Many EU nations recognize same-sex unions. Time for Romania to join them! #RomaniaLGBTQ #EqualityForAll
