Combating burnout through education and the right to promotion
In my opinion, we should prevent professional burnout of employees by training employees in various positions, such as in popular fastfoods with the right to promotion, learning materials, etc. Some professions are monotonous, so that people in these positions feel burnout from the lack of learning new things and the lack of opportunities for promotion. Rewarding multitasking and the right to promotion is possible to implement in most companies, unfortunately it is something very rare. It has many advantages such as greater flexibility, greater reliability, because the leave of a person trained to one position is not such a problem.
