Europe should be brought closer to schools, universities, and small communities, with better access to information and greater integration of communities outside Europe. The EU Digital Identity Wallet could be the tool: a single digital platform with free access to patents and scientific documentation, a single academic title, a European phone prefix, and a single European bank account. This would strengthen shared values: equity, equality, and union.
