Many people think that increasing the energy efficiency of their buildings or vehicles is economically too expensive or technically impossible. More efforts must be made to make it more attractive, desirable and convenient to pursue energy efficiency. Economic incentives should be geared only to truly effective technologies or interventions. Information campaigns on TV, social media and events are needed.
