Create a 'Solar Bank' wherein, citizens are encouraged to buy and install solar panels on their rooftops, gardens and open spaces wherein the initial cost is subsidized by the governments. The energy generated by those should be utilised by the household and excess energy generated should be automatically transferred to the bank. The bank should provide this energy to other households as per the need at some cost and sell it to those who need it.
