I would like to say that information at the level of the European citizen on energy efficiency is minimal. I speak in the ligation with the country in which I live (Romania) but probably about the other countries in the former communist bloc. Citizens are faced with the accomplished facts already decided by others without being informed, educated on the subject. I find it unfair and we are showing unevolution towards the development of a green planet for all of us.
