Encourage homeowners to invest in energy-efficient upgrades and technologies for their homes, ultimately reducing energy consumption and lowering carbon emissions. I propose the implementation of a programme that provides financial incentives and rebates to homeowners who make energy-efficient improvements to their homes such as the adoption of energy-efficient technologies such as LED lighting, energy-efficient appliances, smart thermostats, insulation, and solar panels, among others.
