Psychologist and educated staff opposing peer violence in schools
In my opinion, children spend a large part of their time in schools. In my opinion, this is a place where children's social and mental problems are visible, teachers often ignore them, skip them, do not see and even do not want to see. I opt for a psychologist in every school who would have contact with teachers, diagnose the causes of peer violence and try to discreetly address them. In my opinion, schools do not care about such things, they do not even care about the quality of education. The role of the school often ends with the issuing of grades, rather than the desire to understand the students.
