Today, most countries of the European Union have a public health system that guarantees that all citizens can access health, being this financed with public money. However, during recent times a very serious problem has been accentuated, which is the problematic increase in the waiting time that many patients have to wait since they request a medical appointment until, finally, they are treated. In my opinion, I believe that the solution for this is an increase in the European health budget in order to boost the construction of hospitals and the recruitment of health personnel and, even, to create a network of European hospitals in order to unite the public health of the member countries of the European Union.
