Housing costs in the EU are rising rapidly, especially for students. In addition to food costs, fees and free time, they have to save a lot for rent, although most students can only keep themselves afloat with their part-time job while studying. After all, more and more young people are considering starting their studies after graduation and have the desire to become independent.
