Democratic priority: the media.
The media are massively orienting public opinion. They increase hatred or peace, knowledge or ignorance. They are the basis of democracy. They are our most precious collective good. And they are massively owned by a few billionaires to promote their self-serving ideology? That's unacceptable. The European budget must allow citizens to regain control of their media, by financing a citizens' convention on the media, which is strictly listened to and provided with financial means to implement its decisions.
