An EU citizens' budget
First of all I want to express my full support to this initiative!
The views of European citizens are missing from the EU budget talks, while they should really be at the center of them.
Personally, I support the idea of a citizens-centered EU budget which prioritizes investments in areas that improve the quality of people lives, such as health, education and social protection. It is of course also crucial for Europe to be able to tackle current and future challenges. From this perspective, investments to support the digital and green transition as well as in security and defense need to be reinforced.
