There are, of course, many opinions and many frightening possibilities, but should it not be made a little easier to take part in them? Now, in my view, citizens who are not familiar with internet skills are completely excluded from this possibility. So exclusion , and that is a very large number of older people who also have an opinion . And experience and knowledge .
