Help people return to work after depression
There are many people who suffer from depression that take time off from work. Going back to work can be very stressful and hard. If they go back too quickly or without support, they might feel worse again. My idea is to create programs that help people go back to work slowly and safely. The programs would, for example, let people start with more flexible hours, train bosses/coworkers so they understand what depression is and how to support someone and give people mental health coaching or a support person to talk to. This can help people stay healthy and feel more confident.
