A new European budget fit for our ambitions

A driving force behind European action

Digitalized medicine, a way to save as many lives as quickly as possible

There are several states, which lack sufficient ressources in the public health system. Many doctors and nurses are overwhelmed by hospitals overcrowded with patients and the lack of digital equipment. This leads to an increasing number of doctors emigrating to avoid becoming ill due to the excessive demands of their daily work. Consequently, the healthcare system is understaffed. Digital devices in hospitals accelerate and optimize the work of healthcare staff. Therefore, the next EU budget proposal should include the idea of investing more financial ressources in digital equipment in the public health system, such as: high-performance robots for general and specialized surgery, fully, high-performance hospitals equipped with multifunctional robots, automated organ banks, AI diagnostic tools, digital platforms for treatments and fully automated medical equipment. Artificial intelligence acts more rapidly, precisely and, therefore, efficiently, especially when performing medical operations. For instance, in the event of a fire or an accident with a large number of injured people, with the help of robots more patients can be treated and thus saved within a shorter time frame. Consequently, the number of lives lost every year in every state will decrease. Digitalized medicine prevents a long-term collapse of the healthcare system, as it was the case during the COVID-19 pandemic. People, whether public or private, can achieve anything, as long as they are alive and healthy.
