Good morning, I am going to tell you about my project for a part of the budget of the European Commission. My project consists of an idea, to populate again the most depopulated rural areas because of the rural exodus, especially I will look at the province of León, more specifically in the Valley of Laciana, a biosphere reserve still unexploited. To encourage an exodus to this area, I would seek to provide aid and subsidies to people who want to live here and work or set up their own company, since a lot is happening in this area, I have the example of a family from Uruguay who have set up a Pasteleria-Cafeteria. I would look for immigrant people who have irregularities with their nationality, we would help them with it, but they in return would have to stay to live in the valley, this area has already welcomed immigrants before when in the boom of mining they went to look for workers in countries like Cape Verde or Poland. In this way, and little by little this area would be repopulated, which is unexploited touristically.
