Although I believe that, until then, European funding has not been very directed towards development, I think that we are still very "behind" the objectives set for a good economic boom. In terms of infrastructure, my vision would be to invest not more, but better, in the field of connected transport between European countries. If spending is redistributed, land roads such as international roads or railways could be improved, thus also taking into account environmental sustainability. Incentivizing the creation and use of low-consumption interstate transport would not only result in a lower level of pollution, but would also reduce expenditure, which could lead to the money saved being invested in other necessary matters. Investment (monetary and above all ideas) in the field of transport, such as the use of energy-efficient vehicles and infrastructure repair could also improve the creation and maintenance of European businesses, contributing to the economy.
