We present a proposal as students of the ULE (Spain) the creation and complete renovation of the logistics centers of provision of sanitary material in the different cities and Autonomous Communities of our country, as well as the implementation of new digital traceability systems to improve distribution routes such as: sustainable vehicles, inventory automation. In addition, we propose the integration of a series of energy efficiency criteria, the effort of security protocols, the digitalization of health processes and renovation, coordination between territorial levels such as the Spanish autonomous community and the national entities that make up the EU, reducing response times in the distribution of crucial supplies and the creation of a logistics network adapted to the current needs of each citizen. Existing aid for health research could be provided within the AES 2024-2027, which includes mobility contracts for researchers. The EU4Health programme to strengthen health systems, digital tools and preparedness for possible health crises such as the recent pandemics. In the case of centres, the availability and accessibility of medical supplies and devices would be ensured.
