Family and education for greater intergenerational cohesion

Unfortunately, I haven't read any entries yet, I've started anew. cross-generational... last weekend during a concert visit I came into contact with this word. People of almost every age meet, sing and dance and connect with the music! Age no longer matters... in a different setting, e.g. school, the common connection looks different again, is characterized by hierarchy and dependencies. There is a lack of respect on both sides. But how can we meet this. People need attention, understanding and recognition in order to be able to experience themselves as self-effective. If this basic need is not fulfilled, insult and the resulting hatred take its course... So it is about getting back into being different and listening. Both sides. To learn, all people have needs. Being able to name and communicate them is an important task. Only then can compromises be found to find a way together. We must all learn this from birth and continue to do so throughout the education system. Learn real relationships and communication. This real coexistence without fear and without bias would build bridges to recognize and respect each other. Social media is forcing the young generation into a youth craze... that divides generations. Let's learn together.
