EU efforts are needed to make intergenerational fairness a reality. That is why we expect much from the EU's justice strategy, which will be of great importance in highlighting the value of and measures to promote equality between generations. An action plan to combat discrimination in all its forms, including age discrimination, is an important part of the equity strategy.
