We want to promote León through two key actions: create a citizen company of cultural events and expand the airport to facilitate the arrival of tourists. The company would organise activities related to the historical and cultural heritage of the city of León throughout the year: concerts, fairs, cultural routes, workshops, gastronomic festivals ... All managed in a participatory way with neighbors, artists and local associations. At the same time, we propose to modernize the airport to improve connectivity with other cities in Spain and Europe. If it's easier to get there, more people will be able to discover Leon's heritage, history and life. This project would create jobs, boost the local economy and strengthen our cultural identity. We call for support from the European Union to make this a reality, with an estimated investment of EUR 25 million. More than a project, it is an opportunity for Leon to open up to the world without losing what makes it special.
