Environmentally friendly neighbourhoods for several generations

The EU could create guidelines for green communities and neighbourhoods where several generations can live close to each other, learn from each other and take care of each other. These could become the norm when building new districts, communities or rebuilding existing ones. Support for this could be provided to developers. The idea is based on environmental friendliness where all residents should have the opportunity to grow vegetables, fruit and berries and where there are generous outdoor areas and meeting places. Only those who really need it should be allowed to have a car in the area while the usual means of transport should be smaller electric cars in the style of golf carts, bicycle or walking as well as public funds. In each such area, the residents are members of a community where they jointly purchase tools and other things that are rarely used. This saves the environment. The idea behind this is that everyone helps out and socialize, simply an environmental and social project. This means that residents are helping to take care of children and the elderly instead of institutions. Older people can help other older people, take care of children and young people and do good according to their energy and needs, and vice versa. In addition to providing a good social and environmental environment, the EU and Member States could create incentives such as tax breaks for residents or other financial support, free public transport and the like so that most people can afford it.
