Participants said the EU policies should work harder to reduce social inequalities while protecting the planet. They pointed out poverty or exclusion often go hand in hand with being most affected by climate change. For them, social justice and environmental action must go together to build a Europe that leaves no one behind. How can the EU make the greener transition fair to everyone ?
