The transparency register is mandatory and requires precise disclosure of all lobbying, spending, clients, and specific policies targeted. But it should be strengthened and include a legislative footprint: for all money that is passed, internal or external, names have to be shown / communicated, along with what they talked about.

It should include Members of the European Parliament and members of the Council of the European Union as well.
