We call for an EU funded platform mapping out and bringing together data from all European cities regarding opportunities where there is room for pollinator friendly land-use development. This is a tool for policymakers at the national and local level to identify potential for more pollinator-friendly land-use management and a basis for supporting landowners in making their property more pollinator-friendly.

Through this platform, guidance should also be given on the creation of pollinator friendly land use. This guidance should be based on a study analysing the necessities of pollinator-friendly land-use management.
