Dissemination of existing solutions and practices (such as prioritising pest monitoring and biological or mechanical control methods before resorting to pesticides) should be funded by EU and national authorities.

Farmers need to do a compulsory education about these practices and make the education a requirement to ask for funding to implement these practices.
