Delegating powers to the European Union
The European Union should have the power to react quickly and immediately to crises in one of the Member States. Similarly, crisis management and preparedness within the European Union should be the competence of the European Union over that of the Member States. The rapid and centralized response to natural disasters and the luncheon against climate change are of particular relevance.
