The citizens' perspective matters
The Commission is looking forward to getting the citizens' perspective on a modern and reinforced EU budget. This can be done here as well as by contributing to the public online consultation launched today on the Have Your Say portal (https://have-your-say.ec.europa.eu).
I am convinced that bringing in this perspective helps to design a new long-term budget in 2025 that is more focused on our priorities, simpler in the way it works, and more impactful.
