The future can be built on a bridge between generations - generations that respect what has been achieved so far and continue to build together in order to reach new horizons. This can be accomplished by enabling experience to be passed on by people who, in addition to their life journey, have valuable knowledge to share with the “seekers” -the new generation, which can be supported with a ready and already-assimilated “database.” This saves time that can be invested in innovation.
Once the bridge between generations completes its first successful cycle, it can function as a circular economy system- where the “raw material” is experience. What has already been learned gains meaning only when it is passed on to help humanity progress.
To apply this in Europe, we already have all the necessary resources: experienced individuals, a strong Gen Z, and people with potential across all regions. This is the future of our mission, of our Union, and of the innovations we can develop by supporting one another across all priority sectors and levels.
