Digital illiteracy prevents participation in this platform

I have already made reference in one of my contributions to digital illiteracy. But it is curious that there is talk here of intergenerational equity. I would like to know a statistic of how many older people participate in this platform. How do we expect them to participate if they don't know how to access these platforms? Many don't run the Internet. Has anyone bothered to go to residences, day centers, houses of culture, neighborhood associations or those places where those who never connect are physically? This affects them directly and yet they are not asked. Or even worse, they are not given the opportunity to contribute because their lifestyle and digital skills are ignored. There's a lot to do. No society can move forward leaving no one behind.
