Housing and preparing for old age for all
I belong to the generation that did not have a long exemption from IMI (10 years). I didn't get interest subsidies when I bought a house. I had no support from the state for young people to buy a house (currently). I didn't have a young IRS or tax benefits on college tuition, and I studied at a public university. My degree is in pre-cake, with 5 years and so I am less qualified than young people who in 5 years have a master's degree. I see generations before and after mine having support for buying a house. I saw a generation before me pay bribes in escudos in the amount of the minimum wage. I see current generations having tax breaks on this. I am the generation that saw the bribe increase 150€ (+-). To have the same time of study and a minor qualification and never have support in housing expenses. I was born in 1981. I could not contribute more than 1 child to the population increase, like many women of my generation. I see a very competitive job market and the value of experience does not exist. I see a trend of low retirements and today I can't afford to save enough for my old age. I am afraid of having poor old age. It is necessary to look at my generation, for example some benefit that may involve housing support and that may become a guarantee for retirement, but with the possibility of inclusion of management by the citizen himself.
