Improving energy efficiency and deploying renewable energies are key elements to reduce greenhouse gases emissions, but they are not enough.
In order to really mantain ourselves inside of the ecological limits of the planet, reduce GHG faster, address a global fair transition and be realistic in terms of planet resources and materials, we need to rethink our needs and reduce them drastically, not only as individual choices, but with policies that allow collective and structural changes.
