Many cities across Europe are aiming to clean airs in their cities by removing older model cars from the capitals. However, usually poorer communities tend to own cheaper cars and they are excluded from the cities. EU needs to prove better incentives for those households to improve their circumstances and remove obstacles for their participation in the society.
